On April 30, 2026, students from Bronx High School for Law and Community Service and West Bronx Academy came together for the QUESTion Project’s second Interschool Event, a morning of connection, reflection, and fun built around the big-life questions at the heart of the QUESTion Class.

For many teenagers, adolescence can be a lonely and isolating experience. Events like this one are a powerful reminder that genuine connection — with peers, with ideas, and with oneself — is one of the most important foundations of well-being. When students step outside their school walls and discover that others share their questions, struggles, and hopes, something shifts. They feel less alone, more seen, and more grounded in who they are.

The event opened with students introducing themselves to someone they didn’t know from a different school, and then sharing responses to questions that helped them get to know one another across school lines. They then participated in an engaging group activity connecting them to each of the five QUESTion Class pillars: Choice, Purpose, Fearlessness, Interconnectedness, and the Bigger Picture.

From there, students rotated through five pillar stations around the room, engaging in thought-provoking games at each stop. Stations were facilitated by QUESTion Class teachers of both schools. Students participated enthusiastically throughout, both independently and as a group, before wrapping up the afternoon with pizza and snacks.

The QUESTion Project is grateful to the teachers, administrators, and school staff whose support made the event possible. We are equally grateful to the students who showed up with openness, curiosity, and enthusiasm — and who reminded us, once again, that when young people feel truly connected, they thrive.
