Kathy Bayer began her career in publishing as an editor specializing in performing arts books at Doubleday & Co. in NYC. She went on to hold several positions in nonprofit education – publishing manager, educational center director, event producer, and marketing/PR manager. Following a lifelong passion for music, she later created 4th Dimension Productions, a music management and concert production company in MA. Her interest in supporting women’s personal and professional growth led her to co-found the Evolving Women’s Alliance in 2011, devoted to education about women’s history and cultural issues relevant to women today. Recently relocating back to New York, Kathy is Principal at KB Marketing Communications Consulting, Inc. and is currently producing a documentary film, Living History, on the life and work of pioneering feminist historian Dr. Gerda Lerner
