Prior to joining OFI, Jonathan spent his career as a high school English teacher and academic administrator in public and independent, day and boarding, and start-up and long-established schools. He brings to his work as Manager of School Programs and Teacher Training his deep experience and expertise in classroom practice, student and teacher mentorship, and an understanding of the dynamics and challenges of our current educational system. He has been trained in Restorative Justice practices and has spent much of his career focusing on the social and emotional well-being of students.
