Francesca’s passion for big life questions started when she was a girl and has since developed into a lifelong journey of exploration, inquiry and commitment to social change. After completing a Master’s Degree in Eastern Philosophy and Sanskrit Studies at the University of Rome, Italy, she pursued a career in corporate program management and strategic consulting. With over 15 years of corporate experience, she held a number of managerial positions at US Robotics, UPC Broadband Telecommunications and Liberty Media Global, supervising large-scale international programs and teams. While in the corporate setting, she volunteered her skills to social and humanitarian causes. She provided strategic consulting for post-tsunami reconstruction in Sri Lanka; offered program management for social entrepreneurs’ organizations such as Ashoka in the USA and Kids Rights in the Netherlands; and volunteered as a strategic consultant for Emerging Cooking Solutions, a Swedish social business introducing affordable stoves in Africa. Now the Executive Director of The QUESTion Project, she has found her life’s work in empowering youth to pursue a life of purpose.
